SHIPPING INFORMATION

At AfroStreamCaps, we do our best to ensure that our customers’ receive their orders correctly and in a timely fashion.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Orders processed after 5 PM CST will be considered next business day orders. 

Although presale items may ship much sooner, please allow 30 business days from date of purchase for your item to be shipped.

Standard shipments will ship via USPS, FedEx or ePacket depending on your location.

You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, please allow 1-2 weeks to deliver.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

In the event of a package being returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery of the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

AfroSteamCaps is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. We recommend tracked shipping of all products returned.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

AfroSteamCaps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Once your package is received by the shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the carrier. 

In the event of a lost or stolen package, we will provide you with the tracking number to confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier. All investigations of lost and stolen products are the responsibility of the customer. 

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order contents immediately upon arrival. If items are damaged upon arrival , please contact us with photos of the damages and we will work with you to replace damaged products. Please submit all damaged product claims within 48 hours of product arrival to afrocare@afrosteamcaps.com.

AfroSteamCaps reserves 14 days to re-ship any missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.

ITEMS NOT IN STOCK

At AfroSteamCaps, we do our best to ensure that all of our products are available for shipment immediately following order processing. 

Due to high demand for our products, items can become backordered. 

If it is possible to ship a part of your order, we will send out all available items and place the remaining item(s) on back order. Your remaining back order items will be shipped within the standard shipping time with no extra shipping cost charged to you.
