Returns

At AfroSteamCaps, we stand behind the quality of our products. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our return/exchange/refund policy has changed. 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if products are "UNOPENED” and “UNUSED”. We have sizing information for all product, please be sure to read it to ensure proper sizing before ordering. 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any "UNOPENED” and “UNUSED” products at your expense within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned products may not be used, opened, altered or damaged. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.

  • Items fitting too Large/Small
  • Gift Cards
  • Products damaged through normal wear and tear (non-manufacturer defects)
  • Shipping Charges
  • GWP or promotional items
  • Clearance items

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel or modify order, contact AfroSteamCaps Customer Service at afrocare@afrosteamcaps.com.
